Moving Threads
2026 | dance
A collective dance production by Dance Nexus e.V. in cooperation with Fashion Design students of AMD Wiesbaden. Implemented as a tour through various spaces of the Museum Wiesbaden, “Moving Threads” invited audience to experience dance from various perspectives. As a haunting sonic presence, the majority of the sounds are extracted from piano, the only physical sound body present in the museum. Not being played live and extended through extreme high and low ranges and a microtonal setting, the soundscape wrapped the dance into its own hyperpiano-cloth.
